Q: How does the GAD store work?
- Every product has a store page linked from this website.
- To buy, click the 'PayPal' or 'Debit/Credit Card' buttons which will take you to a PayPal store.
- Fill out your information (checking your email is correct) and pay.
- Upon successful payment, the page will redirect you to download your purchase.
- You will also be emailed a receipt (from PayPal confirming payment to SimTrack Studios Ltd) and download link.
- Keep your order confirmation email safe! You need it to access your downloads.

Q: How do I get my payment receipt?
A: Check the email address you paid with for a receipt from "Receipt for your payment to SimTrack Studios Limited".

A: Right now we don't have a login system, so you can use the link emailed to you upon purchase. Check your junk/spam if you can't find it. See "I didn't receive an order confirmation" (above) if you are still having issues.

A: Yes. We don't store any sensitive information or payment details – everything is handled by PayPal.

A: The only information we store is your email address. All payment information is handled by PayPal without our involvement. SimTrack Studios Ltd stores order information, which will be shared with Golden Age Developments for support reasons. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and you can contact us if you want your data to be removed.

Q: What if I have bought the product from Caledonia Works?
A: Some of our products are/were sold through Caledonia Works. If the product is still available for purchase under Caledonia Works, you must contact them with any queries or issues. If the product has been transferred to the GAD store, you will have receieved an email confirming your order has migrated and a link to download. Soon after your product will no longer be available on Caledonia Works. Please don't buy anything twice!
