Exeter to Kingswear Locomotive Texture Patch

Description:
This pack contains a patch to improve a number of textures on the Exeter Kingswear locomotives:

1. Removes the shiny (white) flanges on all locomotives and tenders
2. Lowers the brightness of the motion on the King and Panniers
3. Removes the green lining and boxes from the BR Blue King Tender
4. Repaints the cab interior to black for both variants
5. Removes the faded G&W logo from the Collett Tender
