Description:
This pack contains 3 scenarios for the Dorset Coast route.

Through services between Waterloo and Swanage were a prevalent part of the branch's operations throughout British Railways' tenure. The five sheduled 'Summer Saturday' trains were dieselised in the summer of 1963, however many weekday excursions were also run, and often saw steam haulage. On Monday the 18th of May 1964, Salisbury allocated 'Spam Can' No.34015 'Exmouth' took a 10 coach excursion between Waterloo and Swanage, this included two light engine moves to and from Bournemouth for serviceing in the afternoon.

​Although local goods traffic on the Swanage branch dwindled in the early 60s, there were still frequent clay trains serving Furzebrook works. These trains were often handled by one of the branch tank engines, but towards the end of steam on the Southern Region Bournemouth-allocated Bulleid Pacifics were used on this train.
